Land Rover’s popular SUV, Discovery Sport is getting a fantastic refresh. It is offering more style, advanced features, and versatility. With new dynamic looks, enhanced specifications, and special editions like the Metropolitan and Landmark, it’s ready for any family adventure.

The Discovery Sport, known for its spacious interior and family-friendly design, now boasts a more dynamic look across its entire range. Even the base model, the Dynamic S, comes with visual upgrades, including fresh alloy wheel designs and new optional packs that make it easier for buyers to customize their SUV.

Joelle Taylor, Head of Discovery Strategy, Product and Services, highlighted that the Discovery Sport’s compact size cleverly hides its incredibly roomy interior and impressive seven-seat flexibility. She emphasized that it’s the perfect vehicle for year-round family adventures, regardless of their size or the weather. Beyond its practical features, the updated Discovery Sport feels more dynamic, luxurious, and unique than ever, thanks to the introduction of the new Metropolitan and Landmark editions, plus additional accessory pack options.

With up to seven seats, the Discovery Sport’s interior is designed for comfort and versatility. It offers 24 possible seat configurations, including a sliding and reclining second row, and a massive 1,794 liters of cargo space when needed – perfect for all of life’s demands. The cabin features high-quality materials, creating a luxurious feel, and its stadium-style seating ensures everyone gets a great view.

Meet the New Editions:

Discovery Sport Metropolitan: This new top-of-the-line model mirrors the larger Discovery Metropolitan. It stands out with silver “Discovery” lettering on the bonnet and tailgate, silver protective plates at the front and back, and a unique silver grille. Inside, it boasts Windsor Leather seats that are both heated and cooled, a powerful Meridian Surround Sound System, a smart ClearSight Rear View Mirror for better visibility (even when packed with people or pets), and Cabin Air Purification Plus for fresh air inside.

Discovery Sport Landmark: Celebrating Discovery’s long history of adventure, the Landmark edition features the iconic mountain range logo (first seen on the original 1989 Discovery) on its illuminated treadplates and as puddle lights. This edition emphasizes the Discovery Sport’s versatility, offering sliding and reclining second-row seats and a panoramic roof for a bright cabin. It also includes “Click & Go” media holders for rear passengers and a Surround View Camera for easy maneuvering.

Enhanced Standard Features & Accessories:

Every Discovery Sport, including the Dynamic S variant, now looks more purposeful with Gloss Black accents on the lower body, grille, and wheel arches. Inside, all models come standard with a digital instrument cluster and steering wheel gearshift paddles. The central console features an elegant 11.4-inch curved glass touchscreen with the latest Pivi Pro infotainment system, making it super easy to access vehicle controls. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also standard for seamless connectivity.
