Gordon Murray Special Vehicles is set to unveil its latest supercar at The Quail during Monterey Car Week on August 14. The new model will become the latest ultra-exclusive creation from the division known for lightweight, driver-focused supercars.
The global reveal will be hosted by Professor Gordon Murray CBE and three-time Indianapolis 500 winner Dario Franchitti MBE.
Gordon Murray Special Vehicles has kept details of the new supercar under wraps for now. The company has only released a teaser image ahead of its global debut.
The new model will join the brand’s growing portfolio of highly exclusive supercars, following the S1 LM launched in 2025.
The S1 LM was limited to just five examples, each powered by a bespoke 4.3-litre V12 producing 710 hp. One example sold for $20.6 million (₹196,59,18,770) at auction last year, highlighting the demand for Gordon Murray’s limited-run creations.
The new supercar will share the spotlight with the Le Mans GTR XP1, which returns to The Quail as a fully operational development car.
Inspired by longtail endurance racers, the Le Mans GTR uses a high-revving Cosworth V12 and follows Gordon Murray’s lightweight, driver-focused philosophy. The prototype has recently completed runs at the Goodwood Hill and Le Mans Classic.
Several customer-owned Gordon Murray T.50 supercars will also be displayed, giving visitors a rare opportunity to see multiple examples of the V12 supercar together.
The new model will make its global debut on August 14, 2026, at The Quail during Monterey Car Week in California.
More details about its design, engine, performance and production numbers are expected to be revealed at the event.

Gordon Murray Special Vehicles is keeping its latest creation deliberately mysterious. With the S1 LM already establishing the brand as a maker of ultra-exclusive supercars, expectations are high for what comes next.
The new car’s global debut at Monterey Car Week should finally reveal whether Gordon Murray has another lightweight, V12-powered masterpiece waiting in the wings.
