Kia Launches New Seltos GTX(O) And X-Line(O) Variants At ₹21.57 Lakh

Kia India has expanded the Seltos lineup with the introduction of two new top-spec variants, GTX(O) and X-Line(O). Priced from ₹21.57 lakh (ex-showroom), the new trims bring a larger ADAS suite, additional convenience features and improved safety equipment while retaining the existing powertrain options.

The X-Line(O) also gets its signature cosmetic enhancements, giving buyers a sportier alternative.

More Safety, More Technology

The biggest upgrade comes in the form of an expanded Level 2+ ADAS package.

New ADAS features include:

  • Junction Crossing Assist
  • Lane Change Oncoming Assist
  • Lane Change Side Assist
  • Evasive Steering Assist
  • Navigation-based Adaptive Cruise Control
  • Speed Zone Adaptive Cruise Control
  • Highway Driving Assist

With these additions, the Seltos now offers 28 ADAS features, up from 21 on the previous GTX(A).

Feature List Gets Bigger

Beyond the updated safety package, Kia has added several convenience features.

New additions include:

  • Head-up display
  • Rain-sensing wipers
  • Front and rear built-in dashcams
  • Navigation on the 12.3-inch digital driver’s display
  • One-touch auto up/down function for all windows
  • Additional Kia Connect navigation features

These additions further strengthen the Seltos’ position as one of the most feature-loaded SUVs in the segment.

Same Engine Options

The new GTX(O) and X-Line(O) variants continue with the existing automatic powertrains.

Engine options:

  • 1.5-litre turbo-petrol
  • 160hp
  • 7-speed DCT

or

  • 1.5-litre diesel
  • 116hp
  • 6-speed automatic

The X-Line(O) continues to offer its exclusive Matte Graphite paint finish, blacked-out styling elements, unique interior theme, and black 18-inch alloy wheels.

Prices

The new variants are priced as follows:

  • Seltos GTX(O) 1.5 Turbo DCT: ₹21.57 lakh
  • Seltos GTX(O) 1.5 Diesel AT: ₹21.82 lakh

The X-Line(O) package is available at no extra cost.

Final Take

The Seltos was already one of the most well-equipped SUVs in its class, and these new variants make an even stronger case. With a more comprehensive ADAS suite and several useful feature additions, Kia has further widened the gap between the Seltos and many of its rivals in the premium midsize SUV segment.
