Iconic Grille! Mercedes-Benz Unveils All-New Electric GLC

Mercedes-Benz is taking its design language to the next level with the all-new electric GLC, the first production model to showcase the brand’s new look inspired by its rich heritage and future vision. The highlight of the new GLC is its iconic grille, which combines classic Mercedes-Benz style with modern, clean lines and advanced technology. The electric GLC will make its world premiere at IAA Mobility in Munich on September 7, 2025.

A New Era for the Mercedes-Benz Grille

For over a century, the chrome grille has been a signature feature of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The new GLC’s grille evolves this tradition, turning it into an illuminated centerpiece with a wide chrome frame, a smoked-glass-effect lattice, and integrated contour lighting. An optional illuminated version features 942 backlit dots and animated graphics, along with a glowing Mercedes-Benz star and contour. This new grille not only stands out visually but also redefines the face of the brand for the electric era.
