Nissan Motor India recorded a 50% year-on-year increase in domestic wholesales in October 2026, with sales rising to 3,600 units compared to 2,402 units in the same month last year. This marks the company’s eighth consecutive month of year-on-year growth in the domestic market.
Between January and October 2026, Nissan recorded total wholesales of 85,124 units across domestic and export markets.
Nissan also continued its export operations, shipping 4,710 units during October to international markets.
Key figures:
Nissan credited its performance to customer response to its expanding product portfolio, which includes the Magnite, Gravite and all-new Tekton. The company is also working to expand its dealership network and improve customer ownership experiences.
Under its ‘One Car. One World.’ strategy, Nissan continues to use India as a manufacturing and export base, supplying vehicles to international markets.
Eight consecutive months of domestic growth indicate improving momentum for Nissan in India. With the Magnite and Gravite supporting its current lineup and the Tekton adding to its SUV portfolio, the company is looking to strengthen its position in the market while continuing to grow exports.
