Nissan Launches Magnite KURO Special Edition in India

Nissan Motor India has launched the new Magnite KURO Special Edition, a bold and premium black-themed version of its popular compact SUV. Priced from ₹8.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the KURO Special Edition stands out with its all-black exterior and interior, inspired by Japanese design and sophistication. Customers can book the new Magnite KURO Special Edition for ₹11,000 at Nissan dealerships or online at www.nissan.in.

Distinctive Black Styling and Features

The word “Kuro” means “black” in Japanese, and this special edition lives up to its name with a striking all-black look. The Magnite KURO Special Edition features:

  • A unique ‘KURO’ badge on the left fender
  • Piano Black front grille, resin black front and rear skid plates, gloss black roof rails, and black door handles
  • Bold R16 diamond-cut alloy wheels
  • Signature black LED headlamps with Lightsaber Turn Indicators for better visibility and a commanding road presence
  • Premium dark-themed interior with a midnight dashboard, piano black gear shift garnish, steering insert, sun visors, and door trims
  • Sable Black wireless charger as standard and a Stealth Dash Cam as an accessory

The KURO Special Edition is available with both turbo-petrol and naturally aspirated petrol engine options. Customers can also use Nissan’s online 3D configurator to explore the car’s features and customize their vehicle.

Safety and Innovation

The new Magnite recently received a 5-star overall passenger safety rating from Global NCAP, making it one of the safest SUVs in India and South Africa. Built on the enhanced CMF-A+ platform, the Magnite offers over 40 standard safety features, including 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, TCS, HSA, Brake Assist, TPMS, and a strong body structure with 67% high-tensile steel.

New Colour Option and Expanding Line-Up

To celebrate its safety achievements, Nissan has introduced a new Metallic Grey color for the Magnite, available in the Tekna, Tekna+, and N Connecta variants. The Magnite now offers more choices for customers to match their personal style.

A Global Success Story

The Nissan Magnite is now sold in over 65 countries, available in both right-hand and left-hand drive markets. With its bold design, over 20 first- and best-in-segment features, and more than 55 safety features, the Magnite continues to be a standout in the compact SUV segment. The new KURO Special Edition adds even more style and exclusivity to the Magnite’s growing legacy.
