Oben Electric Launches Rorr EZ Sigma Electric Motorcycle at ₹1.27 Lakh

Oben Electric has launched the Rorr EZ Sigma, a next-generation electric commuter bike, at a special introductory price starting at ₹1.27 lakh for a limited period. The Rorr EZ Sigma builds on the success of the original Rorr EZ, adding new hardware and software features to improve both rider experience and utility for city commuters.

Key Features and Upgrades

The Rorr EZ Sigma introduces a Reverse Mode for easy maneuvering in tight spaces and a new 5-inch TFT color display with built-in navigation, trip meter, and real-time alerts for calls, messages, and music. The seat has been ergonomically redesigned for better comfort on longer rides. The bike also gets bold new graphics and a fresh Electric Red color, joining the existing Photon White, Electro Amber, and Surge Cyan options.

The Rorr EZ Sigma is available in two battery variants:

  • 3.4 kWh model: ₹1.27 lakh (introductory), ₹1.47 lakh after the offer
  • 4.4 kWh model: ₹1.37 lakh (introductory), ₹1.55 lakh after the offer

EMI options start as low as ₹2,999, making the bike accessible to more riders.

Smart Connectivity and App Features

Buyers get a complimentary one-year subscription to the upgraded Oben Electric App, which allows riders to track ride details, locate their bike with GPS and geo-fencing, access remote diagnostics, receive smart alerts, find charging stations in a 68,000+ network, and activate anti-theft protection with a remote lock—all from their smartphone.

Performance and Battery

The Rorr EZ Sigma uses Oben’s patented high-performance LFP battery, which offers 50% higher temperature resistance and double the lifespan of standard batteries. Both variants deliver a top speed of 95 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, with class-leading torque of 52 Nm. The bike offers an IDC range of up to 175 km and three ride modes—Eco, City, and Havoc—for adaptive power delivery. Fast charging allows the battery to reach 80% in just 1.5 hours.

Safety and Comfort

Built on Oben’s ARX frame, the Rorr EZ Sigma is designed for Indian roads, with 200 mm ground clearance and a 7-step adjustable rear mono-shock for a stable ride. Safety features include Unified Brake Assist (UBA), a Driver Alert System (DAS), wide 130/70-17 tyres for better grip, 230 mm water-wading depth, and intelligent security features like geo-fencing theft protection, battery theft lock, and vandalism protection.

Booking and Delivery

Bookings are open for ₹2,999, with test rides available at Oben showrooms nationwide. Customer deliveries will begin on August 15, 2025. The Rorr EZ Sigma is also available for purchase on Amazon.

Long-Term Ownership Value

Oben offers the Battery Protect 8/80 Plan for just ₹9,999, providing a transferable 8-year or 80,000 km battery warranty to boost long-term value and resale confidence.

With the Rorr EZ Sigma, Oben Electric aims to redefine city commuting for modern Indian riders, combining smart technology, comfort, and reliability in a stylish electric motorcycle.
