JSW MG Motor India has announced the appointment of Parth Jindal as Chairman of the company, effective immediately.
Jindal has been associated with JSW MG Motor India since the formation of the joint venture and has served on its Board of Directors. During this period, he has been closely involved in shaping the company’s product strategy, manufacturing expansion and localisation programme.
Apart from his new role at JSW MG Motor India, Parth Jindal holds several leadership positions across the JSW Group.
He is the Managing Director of JSW Cement and JSW Paints, Chairman of JSW Dulux Limited, and a Director on the Board of JSW Energy.
