Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts edition announced; only 100 units worldwide

Royal Enfield has announced a limited-edition Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts, developed in collaboration with renowned Taiwanese custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts. Inspired by the one-off Caliber Royale custom bike, the special edition will be limited to just 100 units globally, with only 25 motorcycles allocated for India.

Priced at ₹5.75 lakh (ex-showroom), registrations are now open, while the India drop will take place on July 30 at 7 PM.

Inspired by the Caliber Royale

The limited edition carries several styling upgrades over the standard Shotgun 650, borrowing heavily from the Caliber Royale custom showcased at EICMA 2025.

Highlights include:

• Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black paint scheme
• Gold Leaf graphics with grey accents
• Individually numbered fuel tank
• Cast brass Rough Crafts collaboration badge
• Black bar-end mirrors
• Quilted leather seat
• Contrast-cut alloy wheels
• Gold-finished front fork tubes

Each owner will also receive a numbered artwork of the Caliber Royale, designed and signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh.

Only 25 bikes for India

Royal Enfield will sell the motorcycle through its Drop Zone platform.

The regional sale schedule is as follows:

• July 27: Europe, Middle East & Africa
• July 28: Americas
• July 29: Asia-Pacific
• July 30: India (7 PM IST)

Interested buyers must register through the Royal Enfield App or the brand’s official website before participating in the drop.

Mechanically, the limited edition remains unchanged. It continues to use the familiar 648cc parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox, with the updates focused entirely on styling and exclusivity.
