TVS Motor Company has announced TVS Paddock, a new premium retail and ownership experience channel that will serve as the dedicated home for the brand’s premium motorcycle portfolio.
The initiative marks a significant step in TVS’ premium mobility strategy, bringing together motorcycle sales, customisation, merchandise, community engagement, and specialised aftersales support under one roof.
According to TVS, the new network has been designed to offer a more immersive and personalised ownership journey for premium motorcycle customers. The company says modern premium buyers are increasingly seeking experiences, personalisation, and community engagement alongside the product itself.
Designed by London-based retail design agency Checkland Kindleysides, TVS Paddock aims to deliver a seamless customer journey from the first showroom visit through long-term ownership.
The new retail format will feature:
TVS says the design language has been inspired by the company’s engineering and racing heritage.
TVS has been involved in motorsport for more than four decades and says racing continues to play a key role in shaping its premium motorcycles and overall brand philosophy.
The company believes India’s rapidly growing premium motorcycle market is evolving beyond product ownership, with customers increasingly seeking deeper engagement through riding communities, exclusive experiences, and personalised products.
TVS Paddock outlets are scheduled to roll out in the second quarter of FY2027. The network will serve as the exclusive retail channel for TVS’ premium motorcycle portfolio and is expected to play an important role as the company expands its presence in the higher-end motorcycle segment.
With TVS Paddock, the company is following a growing global trend where premium motorcycle brands focus as much on the ownership experience as the motorcycle itself. By combining retail, service, customisation, and community engagement into a single ecosystem, TVS is looking to strengthen its position in India’s increasingly competitive premium motorcycle market.
