VinFast Reaches 60 Dealerships in India with First 3S Outlet in Bihar

VinFast has opened its first 3S dealership in Bihar, marking its 60th retail outlet in India. Located on NH-30, Bypass Road, Paijawa in Patna, the new facility brings sales, service and customer support under one roof.

The opening comes just a year after VinFast inaugurated its first showroom in India, highlighting the rapid expansion of its retail network across the country.

60 dealerships across India

The new outlet has been established by Patliputra Motors Private Limited and covers 11,500 sq ft. It includes a 3,000 sq ft showroom along with dedicated service and customer support facilities.

The dealership marks VinFast’s entry into Bihar and is part of the company’s strategy to expand beyond major cities into tier 2 and tier 3 markets.

VinFast currently has 60 dealerships across India and plans to increase this number to 75 outlets across more than 60 cities by the end of 2026.

Growing EV lineup

VinFast currently offers the VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs in India. Both models have received 5-star Bharat NCAP safety ratings.

The company has also introduced the VF MPV 7, a seven-seat electric MPV with an ARAI-certified range of 517 km. It supports fast charging from 10 to 70 per cent in around 30 minutes.

EV ownership benefits

VinFast is also offering several ownership benefits, including:

  • Up to 10 years or 2,00,000 km warranty, depending on the model
  • Three years of complimentary maintenance
  • Roadside assistance
  • Value Assured buyback programme
  • Complimentary charging across the V-Green network until March 31, 2029
  • Trade Gas for Electric programme for customers switching from ICE vehicles

Final Take

Reaching 60 dealerships within a year of entering India shows how quickly VinFast is building its presence in the country. Its move into Patna also signals a push beyond major cities, with the company targeting 75 dealerships across more than 60 cities by the end of 2026. As its retail and service network expands, VinFast is positioning itself to make its electric SUVs accessible to a wider customer base.
