Yamaha India has launched the 2025 version of its popular sporty maxi-scooter, the Aerox 155. The updated scooter now follows the latest OBD-2B emission norms and comes with some visual changes in its top-spec S variant.
A new Ice Fluo Vermillion color replaces the earlier Grey Vermillion shade in the S variant. The popular Racing Blue color has been retained but now features updated graphics to make the scooter look more attractive.
The standard model of the Aerox 155 will continue to be sold in the Metallic Black color. As for pricing, Yamaha has set the ex-showroom prices at ₹1,50,130 for the standard model and ₹1,53,430 for the S variant. While this launch didn’t bring a price hike, Yamaha had quietly increased the price about a month ago.
In terms of mechanicals and features, the 2025 Aerox 155 remains largely the same as the previous model. It is powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 14.75 bhp and 13.9 Nm of torque.
The scooter uses telescopic forks in the front and dual spring suspension at the rear, along with 14-inch wheels. Braking is handled by disc brakes at both ends.
