As HiLITE Group celebrates its 30-year anniversary, the management decided to gift 47 cars worth ₹20 crore to their employees. The company’s gesture was widely appreciated and helped boost employee morale. Along with the celebrations, the company announced a 50 million Sq. Ft expansion plan across Kerala by 2030. This plan will generate over two lakh jobs in Kerala.
The mouth-watering fleet of luxury cars gifted to the core employees included models like the Land Rover Range Rover Sport, Audi Q8, and Land Rover Defender. Other models included popular propositions like Tata Harrier, Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kylaq and many more. More than a gesture of gratitude, the group highlights dedication to their employees.
In addition to the expansion plan, HiLITE Group CEO, Ajil Muhammed said “The scale we are announcing today reflects our confidence in Kerala’s future”. The CEO further added, “Our projects are designed to elevate Kerala’s position in the global economy while strengthening local opportunities.
The HiLITE commenced its operations in 1996. Since its inception, the company has contributed major infrastructure like Kerala’s first shopping mall, Focus Mall in Calicut. With another operational mall in Thrissur. Ten additional malls are currently under development across kerala. Other major projects include HiLITE City, a venture set to become one of the largest World Trade Centre, spanning a massive 12.5 million Sq. Ft. with an approximate investment of $680 million (₹6190 crore). The project will establish Kerala as a global trade force.
