Ducati Celebrates Its First Ever Dream Tour in India

The second edition of Dream Tour will take place from 2nd July – 16th July in Leh – Ladakh

After years of waiting, the first edition of Ducati Dream Tour was held in the country with a joint effort from Helmet Stories. The four-day program was held in Himachal Pradesh from 26th April to 30th April 2018. It was a guided excursion for the Ducati riders to go and experience the hidden backroads of Himachal Pradesh.

Eleven proud Ducati owners from all over India were selected for this hilly expedition. The tour consists of Multistrada Enduro, Multistrada 1200S and Scramblers. The journey kick-started from Chandigarh and the party moved to Narkanda for an overnight stay. Jibhi and Bir-Billing were other two night halts. Apart from riding, the troop enjoyed various fun activities along the journey. They even tried paragliding at Bir, which is considered as the second best site for paragliding in the world. They even enjoyed time spent with locals at the fishing site and had dinner on the banks.

Sergi Canovas, MD of Ducati India, speaking about the Dream Tour said, “We constantly strive to make the experience of owning a Ducati a special one. Whether it was with the Ducati Financial Services which simplifies the financing process or with the recent launch of Chennai dealership to expand our network, our goal is to keep the customer at the centre and give them an experience which a luxury brand like Ducati is revered for. With the Ducati Dream Tour, our goal is to make that experience even more experiential and rider focused. We believe that every Ducati rider should experience the Dream Tour once as it’s specifically designed for riders, by riders and unlike other rides, it stands for more than just riding a motorcycle from point A to point B.”

“The Dream Tour organized by Ducati India was meticulously planned with the combination of excellent touring as well as off-road experience. The Multistrada Enduro and the Multistrada 1200 along with Scramblers performed exceptionally well on the ride and I’m sure that the confidence on the brand has scaled up in the eyes of Ducatisti and also the future Ducati owners,” said Dr. Ashutosh Palep, President DOC Mumbai & attendee of the first Ducati Dream Tour.

After the success of first ever Dream Tour, Ducati India is now heading towards the second chapter. This time, they are going to take on the Himalayan premises, the Leh-Ladakh road. The 2nd edition of Ducati Dream Tour will take place from 2nd to 16th July, which goes beyond to Turtuk and Pangong with experts from Jack N Jill – The Moto Expedition Company. Details about the 2nd Tour is already available in the www.dreindia.com official website.
